Watch Quincy Jones’ Star-Studded Trailer for His ‘Quincy’ Documentary

Quincy Jones shared the trailer for his highly anticipated Netflix documentaryQuincy. “It makes my soul SMILE to have such a dream team share my story,” the musical legend wrote on Facebook on Monday.

The documentary, co-directed by filmmaker Alan Hick and Jones’ daughter, Rashida Jones, spans the producer’s 60–plus-year career in the music business. He has worked with Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson, Miles Davis, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles and Frank Sinatra. He has received 79 Grammy nominations to date and has won 27, including the Grammy Legend Award.

Celebrities including Barack Obama, Will Smith, Oprah Winfrey, Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre, who all said Quincy inspired their history-making careers, are featured in the film.

Quincy will be available on Netflix Sept. 21.
